A tungsten-balanced cinema film, printed on Kodak 2383 as for the screen: cool streets, glowing signs and deep blacks.

On three papers

A negative is printed, and the paper sets the final colour and contrast: the same frame on Portra Endura, Ultra Endura and Kodak 2383.

Where it shines

Cities after dark, neon, rain and rooms under lamps. The 2383 print sinks the shadows, so coloured light stands out against them.

What to watch

In daylight the print is heavy: blacks go to ink and colour gets loud, as the daylight portrait shows. The grain is part of the look; lower Grain for a cleaner frame.
